Star996, the one entry here you open in a browser

Every other entry on this site is something you install. Star996 was a website. Its install page on the old super918kiss.com held one line, Play In Online, and one button that opened the Star996 web version in a browser. There was no Android file, no iPhone profile and no Windows program, which makes this the shortest page here.

What the old page said about Star996

The overview was four sentences of the operator's own copy. It described Star996 as a sports betting site that also ran casino games, poker and bingo rooms, and it mentioned betting on financial markets as well. The pictures were a gold Star996 logo, a banner of sports balls under a BIG BETS scoreboard (football, basketball, American football, baseball, tennis, volleyball and golf) and a promo picture with two famous footballers. We don't show any of them. The logo tells you nothing, and we don't use real people's faces to sell betting.

The same overview claimed two licences, one for the sports side and one from the Philippine government for the casino side. We couldn't verify either, so they are gone from this page. The old site never kept a screenshot of the betting pages themselves, so we can't say which sports, markets or odds formats Star996 offered, and we won't guess.

How a betting website differs from the apps

With 918Kiss or Mega888, an agent creates an ID and you install an app to use it. A betting website runs in the browser, so the risks sit elsewhere: copies of the site at look-alike addresses, fake login pages that collect your password, and links sent in chat that open something other than what they claim. Type an address you already trust, and never enter your online banking details or a TAC on a betting page.

The money side works much as it does with the apps. Someone takes your ringgit by bank transfer or e-wallet and credits an account, and paying out depends on them alone. Start small and try a small withdrawal early. A Star996 account also has nothing to do with your 918Kiss balance or with any of the other apps.

Installing Star996

There is nothing to install. The old install page linked straight to the web version, which is why Star996 has no device list on the install notes page. If someone sends you a file that claims to be a Star996 app, treat it as a stranger's file: don't allow unknown installs for it, and never give accessibility or SMS permissions to anything that calls itself a betting app.

Before you bet
