LPE88 and Lucky Palace, taken apart one screenshot at a time

Almost every LPE88 screenshot the old site kept was taken on the same afternoon, 15 January 2019, by one player working through the Android app game by game. A second set comes from the browser version on a Windows PC. Between them they show far more than the old overview did. The old text praised "properly programmed digital generators" and ended in a Play Now button. What the screens actually show is Lucky Palace, a Playtech casino client with a slot list that overlaps heavily with NTC33, a roulette table with its own jackpots, and fifteen games that used to have a page each.

What the LPE88 lobby looks like

The browser version gives the clearest picture of how the games are sorted. A GAMES bar runs across the top of every game: Featured, New, Slots, Table & Cards, Arcade, Live Dealers, Progressive Games and Scratch, with sound and settings icons on the right. Click it and a strip of thumbnails drops down, in one shot live dealer tables and a Poker tile. The balance sits in a small black box in the bottom left corner, in MYR. The window title and address bar showed the player's account name and the operator's web address, so we blurred those along with the balance.

The Android app looks different. A grey pill at the top shows the phone's clock and the player ID, which we blurred. A menu button sits in the top left corner, a second button with a notification dot in the top right, and a tab on the left edge slides out to switch games. The spin button is a round dial reading Hold for Autoplay, and the bottom line always shows Your Balance, Lines, Line Bet and Total Bet in RM.

How an ID and credit work on LPE88

There is no sign-up form in either version. An agent, or a website with back office access, creates your LPE88 username and password. You pay them in ringgit by bank transfer, DuitNow or an e-wallet, they load the same amount as credit, and when you want to withdraw they take the credit off and pay your bank. Most of the slots below also run on NTC33 and Rollex11, but each app keeps its own balance, and credit never moves between them.

Keep a screenshot of every transfer, start small and ask for a small withdrawal early to see how the agent handles it. Nobody needs your online banking password or a TAC. The partner box lower down is the only sign-up link on this site.

Installing LPE88

The old download page listed four options with no explanation: an Android build with the slots only, a second Android build with the live dealer games, a Windows program and a version that runs in the browser. The file host behind those buttons is gone, we don't host or link any of them, and LPE88 has never been in Google Play or the App Store.

On Android, a file from outside the Play Store only installs after you allow "install unknown apps" for your browser or file manager. That permission is granted per app, so turn it off again when you're done. The Windows program is an unsigned installer, so SmartScreen will warn you. Don't switch off your antivirus to get past it.

Take a file only from whoever issued your ID, and cancel any installer that asks for accessibility access or permission to read SMS. Those let an app read your screen and your bank's TAC messages. The install notes for all twelve apps follow the same checks.

LPE88 games on this page

Each of these fifteen games had its own page on the old site, usually a paragraph of translated review text that described features the screenshots never show. The notes below stick to what is on screen. The Age of the Gods family shows up three times here. NTC33 has two more of them with pages of their own, Furious 4 and Prince of Olympus.

Age of the Gods

This is the original of the series, shot in the browser version. Four Greek gods hold the top symbols: Hercules in a lion skin, a white-haired Hades in purple, Poseidon with his trident and Athena in red armour, backed by a gold crested helmet and card ranks in purple and gold. A laurel wreath marked WILD fills in,. The game has 20 fixed lines, and at RM0.01 a line the total bet is RM0.20. The four jackpot counters sit in the corners: Ultimate Power at RM2,318,192.05, Super Power at RM87,958.09, Extra Power at RM15,635.70 and Power at RM651.81. In our shot three helmets on line 6 pay RM0.20, exactly the bet back.

Age of the Gods: Fate Sisters

The same jackpot family, this time on the phone, and the numbers are far smaller: Ultimate Power at RM505,144.51 and Super Power at RM26,130.66, so the browser and the app were clearly not showing the same pool. Each of the three Fates has a round portrait, one in orange holding a golden blade, one in green and one holding a lamp. Golden shears and a spindle in a starry frame make up the next tier, the wild shows three faces in profile and the scatter is a glowing blue doorway. The player kept it to one line at RM0.01. Age of the Gods: God of Storms

Stone reels, a cloudy harbour and an old god with a white beard leaning in from the right edge. He is the feature: as he blows across the reels the multiplier beside him climbs from 1X to 2X to 3X. A Greek warship fills the whole of reel two in two of the shots, and the other symbols are a woman with a short sword, a warrior in a red cloak and a crested helmet, a sea serpent in a blue medallion and a black vase painted with a winged figure. With one line at RM0.01, the 3X shot pays RM0.10. The old page talked about four jackpots, but none of these phone screens shows a counter.

Dragon Jackpot

Not a slot. The name on screen is Dragon Jackpot Roulette, a single zero Playtech table with the Playtech logo on the felt. The first screen explains the two extras. Switching on the Dragon Jackpot adds a little to every bet and enters you for one of four jackpots on any spin; with RM1 on number 4 the total bet reads RM1.01. The Dragon Bonus is a separate chip you can place on up to 12 numbers, and it triggers when the ball lands on one of them. Chips start at 0.1, next to Undo, Clear Bets, Double and Spin. On the wheel view the four dragons hold RM312,115.31, RM20,136.28, RM5,633.14 and RM301.54. The old page promised a free version on this site; there never was one.

Great Blue

Playtech's underwater slot, in the browser version. Reels, card ranks and logo are all blue and full of bubbles. Among the ranks swim a grey shark, a sea turtle, a pink starfish, an orange seahorse, a yellow striped fish and a dolphin, and a killer whale leaping from the sea is the WILD. A banner above the reels says three or more pearl shells win a bonus. All 25 lines are numbered down both sides. The panel is laid out in steps: a coin of RM0.01, ten coins a line for a line bet of RM0.10 and a total bet of RM2.50. In one shot the orca completes line 20 for RM1 and the spin pays RM1.20. Play8oy has the same game in its own Great Blue section.

Heart of the Frontier

The old URL said "Heat", but the logo reads Heart of the Frontier. A dusty Wild West street frames the reels, and the symbols are playing cards held down by poker chips, a horseshoe, a sheriff's star, a cowgirl in a red neckerchief and a woman in a blue shawl carrying a feather fan. The intro card explains the main feature: bandit and sheriff wilds expand to fill the whole reel, lock in place and move one reel on every spin, and in the Showdown Free Games they duel. It plays 20 lines at RM0.01 a line for RM0.20. One screenshot catches five 10s in a row with a "5 of a kind" banner.

Heavenly Ruler

Plum blossoms against a deep blue night, and a purple and gold reel set for a Tang dynasty empress. A scroll on the reels carries the characters for Wu Zetian, and the empress herself appears in a jewelled headdress. Around her are a peacock, which stacks two or three high, a pink peony, a red folding fan, a golden sceptre wound with a dragon and a palace under a rising sun. It plays 30 lines, with a coin of RM0.01 and a total bet of RM0.30. The old text promised 15, 25 or 50 free games with multipliers; no screenshot reaches that round.

Highway Kings

Two big American trucks, one red and one green, park on either side of the yellow logo, and the rest is a garage floor of symbols: tyres, steering wheels, pistons, spark plugs, red fuel cans, a pair of dice and a silencer marked SCATTER. The browser panel is the simple kind, with a coin of RM0.01, Pay-table, Bet One, Bet Max and Spin. It has 9 lines at RM0.01 each for RM0.09. A gold Dollar Ball box in the corner has its own jackpot above RM339,000 and an ENABLE button, a side bet the old page never mentioned. In the shot below a truck on reel three joins three fuel cans on line 8 for RM0.05. For other versions, see Live22 and Sky777.

Ice Cave

Norse myth on grey stone. The picture symbols are a Valkyrie in a winged helmet, a bearded warrior in a masked helmet, a snarling black wolf, a raven and a longship with a striped sail, and the low symbols are gold runes carved into rock. The intro screen spells out the two wilds: Ice Wilds multiply wins by 3 and stay frozen on screen until a Hammer Wild lands, and the Hammer Wild multiplies by 3 too and clears the ice away. A round Feature Bet button, set to OFF in every shot, adds more Ice Wilds on reel five. The game plays 10 lines, at RM0.01 a line for RM0.10. One screenshot shows three frozen runes paying RM0.02.

Legacy of the Wild

The only portrait screens in the set, and the only fantasy theme. The grid is five reels of four rows, and the characters look like a storybook party: a red-haired girl in a red hood, a young wizard holding a potion, an old wizard with a white beard and a green orc, with dark gemstones as the low symbols. The intro screen names three features. Collapsing Reels blow up winning symbols and drop a new wave in. The Wave-o-Meter on the left counts consecutive waves, and five or more start free games, with orbs marked 8, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 50. In Book of Wilds, wild tiles spread to more squares with each wave. It plays 40 lines at RM0.01 for RM0.40.

Lie Yuan Zuan Shi

On the reels the name is spelled Lie Yan Zuan Shi, "blazing diamond", and the look is a fruit machine on fire: black reels with an orange glow, flames in the background, and single, double and triple BAR symbols, red and blue 7s, gold bars, a gold dollar sign, a silver horseshoe and a blue diamond. With no characters at all, it is the odd one out here. It plays 25 lines at RM0.01 a line, so a spin costs RM0.25. In the screenshot below a dollar sign, the diamond and another dollar sign form a line across the top, and the win box counts up to RM0.43.

Safari Heat

The old page for this one had six screenshots and no text at all. They show a savannah at sunset, acacia trees and a giraffe at the edge, and reels split by thin spears. The symbols are a blue elephant, zebras, a wildebeest and a pink flamingo in round frames, a rhino, and card ranks in soft pastel colours. The 15 lines are numbered down both sides, but the player set it to a single line at RM0.01. The screenshot below shows the app's side panel open, with a Turbo switch and Lines and Line Bet controls. Joker123 has its own Safari Heat section.

Streak of Luck

A casino marquee frame, a teal background and lucky charms on the reels: a ladybird, a beckoning cat, a horseshoe, an old Chinese coin, a hand of cards spelling LUCK and a pair of dice. A red-haired woman holding cards is the WILD. Down the right side runs a ladder of free games, 5, 10, 15, 20, 45 and 60, under a jackpot box, with a note that all free games carry a x2 multiplier and random wilds. The banner above the reels says dice on reels 1, 3 and 5 start the Dice Bonus. It has 50 lines; one shot bets RM0.05 a line for RM2.50, another RM0.50 a line for RM25. The jackpot box read RM7,418.38 on the intro screen and RM1,260 a few spins later.

The Great Ming Empire

Gold card letters on a pale silk background, under a palace roof with the game's Chinese name. The pictures tell the story of the court: a Ming official in a black hat and a yellow robe with a dragon, a lady in pink with a flower in her hair, a treasure junk under golden sails, a blue and white vase with a coiled dragon, a sapphire held by a bronze dragon, a scroll and a palace stairway. The player never raised the stake above one line at RM0.01. Below, a line through a scroll, two officials and two junks pays RM0.03. The Treasure Room bonus described on the old page does not appear.

Zhao Cai Jin Bao Jackpot

Red lanterns, a lattice screen and four dragon jackpot boxes across the top: gold RM317,244.26, red RM25,342.94, blue RM539.27 and green RM70.91. The picture symbols are a golden phoenix, a lion guardian, two red koi circling each other, a gold ingot and a green and gold dragon. Even the card ranks carry a small charm: a red packet on the A, a fan on the J, a peach on the 9, a pearl on the Q, a coin on the K and a nest of golden eggs on the 10. The 9 lines are marked on both sides, and the player kept to one line at RM0.01. NTC33 has the same slot in its Zhao Cai Jin Bao section.

LPE88 is for adults, 18 and over, and online gambling is illegal in Malaysia, so no one will step in if an agent keeps your credit.
